My happiness where are you???

Everything seems so grey and dull. Not even my hobbies cheer me up. Smokey , Lilly and Melissa do cheer me up time to time but not too often anymore. Seems my happiness is gone? Where can I find it? I have no freakin clue?? I think its my PMDD  acting up but I know the fact I dont feel happy. Havent in a long time. I am the only one who can bring me outta of it. Just dont know where to start????? 😢

I do like my bed. Could live there.
