4th week of my losing weight track


Well since that last post about being frustrated with no weight lost even if Ive eaten less cals, I have lost weight. 1 pound 0.5 kg.. Well atleast I have not gained. Wich is sucess. When I do eat too much salt I gain weight ( Water retention) , BUT its not fat.  I may even lost more. Im not sure if its only 1 pound could be 2.... Remember that everyone. Takes 3500 cals to gain or lose a pound of fat. You gotta just stay on track :) Found this great app called lifesum , A Food diary. It helps alot.
