Just worked out today and Im getting back into working out again. I want to get rid of my love handlses and toned thighs dont sound too bad. 40 minutes today leg and some cardio. Feels amazing afterwards
I worked out yesterday too. ButI ust dont got alot of patience to see the result and I get tired of it. But I figured I will exercise in between and rest one day. I will see how it goes. Just marked my calender ^^
