My plan for Monday to Friday

Well I just started my healthy eating and so far its going good. I just started...

Im planning on eating green for the first week. No Carbs and lean meat. like chicken or turkey.

Im going to exercise everyday. Minimum 30 minutes.

Once a week i get to eat unhealthy but not more than 500 cal. ;) I mean whats the point if you cant have something good to eat :)
