hurts to see the ones you care for when they are not feeling well

My moms not doing well, I can tell she is sick of her life, bitter or just unhappy with where she lives mostly. she is dreaming about a house in the country side. and other things. My sister is not doing well either going on the wrong path :( what can I do? Just makes me feel worthless not able to help or make her feel better.

Wish I could do more :(
