why workout when you eat bad?? I havent really checked what I eat or so. I still got fat on my body I need to get rid of that , and to do that I need to eat less fat, fried things, My weakness is chips! Thats my comfort.

so from today no chips im gonna try to find an alternative to that. Dont want to stop with eating good stuff. That would just make your diet boring right?
