mission : 2 weeks of getting fit

Remember its Christmas and you gain even more during Christmas!!! and if ive gained 2 pounds it will be probably another and another!!!!

This week im gonna:  build up mucsles + losing weight : max 2-4 pounds 

Next week: build up more muscles + lose weight 

Extra: Exercise almost everyday

Eating : low in fat

good inspiration one
and im gonna add a new entry label exercise and good food ;)
